How do I understand the different shipment tags?
Here is a quick guide to assist in navigating the different shipping tags that you will see displayed under the GoBolt Buisness Portal's 'Shipments' tab.
We use shipment tags to provide visibility into orders. An order will typically cycle through different shipment tags throughout the fulfillment process. Since an order can have multiple shipments, it may have multiple shipment tags simultaneously.
Shipment Tag | Shipment Type | Description |
Unfulfilled | 3rd Party Carrier, GoBolt Last Mile, GoBolt Parcel | The order has been created, but you have yet to mark it as "Ready to Fulfill" so the order is essentially on-hold. |
Ready to Fulfill | 3rd Party Carrier, GoBolt Parcel | The order has been created and the warehouse will fulfill it as soon as possible, if there is stock. |
Processing Delivery | 3rd Party Carrier, GoBolt Last Mile, GoBolt Parcel | The warehouse is picking and packing the order for shipment (3rd party carrier) or the order is to be delivered via GoBolt trucks (last-mile and parcel). IMPORTANT: Since the shipment is in a processing stage, edit requests are not guaranteed. |
Fulfilled | 3rd Party Carrier, GoBolt Last Mile, GoBolt Parcel | At least one item in the order is shipped (3rd party carrier) or delivered (last-mile and parcel). |
Processing Return | 3rd Party Carrier, GoBolt Last Mile, GoBolt Parcel | At least one item in the order is being returned. |
Returned | 3rd Party Carrier, GoBolt Last Mile, GoBolt Parcel | At least one item in the order has returned to one of our warehouses. |
Pending Inventory Receiving | GoBolt Last Mile | An "Inventory Warehouse Receiving Shipment" is created, but not yet completed. |
Customer Booking | GoBolt Last Mile | A last-mile booking email has been sent to the customer, but they have yet to schedule an appointment. |
