GoBolt conducts a Merchant Forecasting Process on a monthly basis to ensure your expected outbound unit volume is met with the required resources to maintain our fulfillment SLAs.
The Merchant Forecasting Process is outlined below:
GoBolt will ask for an estimated outbound unit volume 6 weeks before the beginning of the month.
Once your monthly forecast is provided, our forecast engine will flag the appropriate teams to ensure planning commences.
GoBolt will follow-up 3 weeks before the beginning of the month to confirm if your forecast requires adjustments as we finalize resourcing.
GoBolt will conduct a final follow-up 1 week before the beginning of the month to confirm our finalized resources and commitment to meeting our agreed upon SLAs.
IMPORTANT: Inaccurate forecasts may result in GoBolt being unable to meet our fulfillment SLA. With that said, GoBolt will always attempt to hit SLAs to ensure the best customer experience possible.
