An order didn't sync from Shopify. How do I push it over to the GoBolt portal?
If you have a Shopify storefront integrated with our portal, orders should sync over automatically. However, there may be a technical issue with the order, causing the sync to fail.
To manually push a Shopify order over:
Click "Pull Order from Shopify" from the top-right corner of the Orders page.
Select the Shopify storefront you're pulling the order from.
Paste the Shopify order ID and hit "Sync Order".
The Shopify order ID lives in the URL of the order in question. (e.g. the Shopify order ID of URL https://testingisrad.myshopify.com/admin/orders/4857786630376 is 4857786630376)
The order should now be in our system!
If you get any error(s) during the pull, please take a screenshot and reach out to our Support team via our live chat for assistance. Regardless of the errors, do not hesitate to reach out to our Support team when you see an order has failed to sync. We will work with our Engineering team to identify the root cause so future orders aren't subject to this failed sync.
