We would like to take this opportunity to share some critical dates with regards to blackout periods. Kindly review the details listed below and reach out to us if you have any further questions. 

 

Tech Changes & Change Management

We cannot accommodate tech changes or change management during the following period:

  • November 4, 2024 - January 3, 2025 

Inventory Receiving

We cannot accept new ASNs during the following periods:

  • November 18, 2024 - December 9, 2024

  • December 23, 2024 - January 3, 2025 

Inventory Counts

We cannot complete inventory counts during the following periods:

  • November 11, 2024 - December 9, 2024 

  • December 23, 2024 - January 3, 2025 

Special Projects

We cannot complete Special Projects during the following periods:

  • November 11, 2024 - December 9, 2024 

    • All Special Projects must be completed by November 12, 2024 

  • December 23, 2024 - January 3, 2025 

    • All Special Projects must be completed by December 22, 2024

Partial Fulfillment Requests

If partial fulfillment is turned 'off' on your account, individual orders cannot be requested to be fulfilled during the following period: November 11, 2024 - January 3, 2025.

 

To avoid any potential delays to customer orders during the holiday season, you can request to turn 'on' partial fulfillment for all orders by emailing support@gobolt.com.

Note: 2024 Peak Surcharges

There will be no peak surcharges for GoBolt Fulfillment and GoBolt Parcel. Carrier-specific updates with Peak Season Surcharge Guides and Delivery Standard guides will be made available once they are released.
