Scenario 1: Order in “Unfulfilled” Status

Procedure:

  1. Step 1 – Shopify (Merchant Actionable):

    • Change the address in Shopify.

    • No further steps required.


Scenario 2: Order in “Ready to Fulfill” or “Processing Delivery” Status

Procedure:

  1. Step 1 – Shopify and Merchant Portal (Merchant Actionable):

    • Update the address in Shopify.

    • In the Merchant Portal, update the “Internal Notes” section with the following details:

      CHANGE ADDRESS REQUIRED
      [Address Line 1]
      [Address Line 2 (if applicable)]
      [City]
      [Province]
      [Country]
      [Postal Code]
      

Scenario 3: Order in “Fulfilled” Status

Note:

  • Changes made in the portal or Shopify will no longer be captured once an order has been fulfilled.

  • If an address change is required after fulfillment, the merchant or customer must contact the carrier directly:
