For any order-specific fulfillment instructions...

e.g. pack order #12345A in two boxes and ship this order out via UPS Express.

1. Please advise the merchant to open the order within the GoBolt Portal and they will be able to add instructions directly there that will be sent to our packing team instantly.

How-to article can be found here, which we can link to our merchants.


If the merchant is encountering any technical errors, we can manually add the notes within Sierra.

1. Please make sure these instructions are added to the "Internal Notes" section of the order so the warehouse has full visibility of the request.

 

For any default fulfillment instructions that impact all orders...

e.g. ship all Canadian orders via Canada Post, include a Thank You card in every order, do not partially fulfill any orders

Please email the GoBolt Support team so the appropriate changes can be made to your organization's general packing instructions, which we store internally.  

📝 In terms of carrier preferences, please keep in mind that Canada Post is the only carrier that services Canadian PO boxes and USPS is the only carrier that services US PO boxes.
